Who wants a sweet rainbow of color that comes out of your crochet hook? You can do just that with my new free crochet pattern.
It’s a party of color, I tell you! And also with fun texture. I had someone tell me it sounds very complicated, but honestly, it’s super simple !! The centerlines are an easy repetition working only sc and dc (US) combinations. And the border follows a very simple repeat, too – especially hdc. I rated the pattern as “Easy”, which, according to Craft Yarn Council, means “Projects using yarns with basic stitches, repetitive stitch patterns, simple color changes, and simple molding and finishing.” Yes. That’s right. So, I say, give it a try!
I did it with one of my favorite yarns.
There are many reasons why I love working with this thread, but here are a few:
With generous 100g center-pull skeins at a very affordable price, they are perfect for blankets and other great designs, I’m finding that the DK weight is heavy enough for a bit of heat but not too heavy to sit on while working in warmer weather – again, perfect for blankets
The premium acrylic is an easy care, does not make pill or fuzz, and is super soft – again, ideal for blankets. Did you see the colors? !!! Again, perfect for blankets.
So, now that you know why I love this thread for blankets (and many other designs, too), let’s see this blanket.
This makes me happy. I took the time to write a PDF print pattern for you – because I know how much better work for it – and was thoroughly tested for accuracy.
